Terms of service

Clear rules for a trusted healthcare staffing marketplace.

These Terms define the responsibilities of patients, families, healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, account administrators, and other users of TrabajoHub’s website, mobile experience, staffing workflows, and support services.

Effective August 6, 2026 Governed from Florida, United States Applies to all TrabajoHub users

A managed marketplace—not an automatic employment relationship

TrabajoHub helps users connect and coordinate. Separate contracts and applicable law determine the actual staffing, employment, contractor, facility, or care relationship.

Admin review before requests may be published
No guarantee of placement, staffing, earnings, or care outcomes
Organizations remain responsible for screening and onboarding
Professionals remain responsible for licenses and conduct
TrabajoHub is not an emergency medical service. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service for urgent or life-threatening situations.
01

Acceptance of these Terms

Electronic agreement, authority, eligibility, and related policies.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TrabajoHub’s websites, mobile applications, support channels, account tools, staffing workflows, communications, and related services.

By creating an account, clicking an acceptance button, submitting a staffing or care request, applying for an opportunity, using the service, or otherwise indicating agreement, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
  • If you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
  • Electronic acceptance, records, notices, and signatures may be used to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Separate written agreements may apply to particular staffing, payment, privacy, business-associate, employment, or contractor relationships.
02

TrabajoHub’s role

A managed marketplace and technology service, not automatic employer or care provider.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, TrabajoHub operates as a managed healthcare staffing marketplace and technology service that helps users create profiles, submit requests, review information, communicate, and coordinate potential staffing relationships.

  • TrabajoHub does not independently diagnose, prescribe, treat, or provide emergency medical services.
  • TrabajoHub is not automatically the employer, joint employer, staffing agency of record, or contracting principal for every professional or organization using the platform.
  • TrabajoHub does not guarantee that any user is suitable, available, licensed, insured, financially responsible, or legally eligible.
  • A platform connection does not itself create an employment, contractor, agency, partnership, fiduciary, or provider-patient relationship with TrabajoHub.
03

Accounts and user responsibilities

Accurate information, account security, authorized access, and cooperation.

  • Provide complete, accurate, current, and lawful information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of passwords, devices, authentication codes, and account access.
  • Notify TrabajoHub promptly of suspected unauthorized access or inaccurate account information.
  • Use only accounts and organization profiles you are authorized to control.
  • Cooperate with reasonable verification, security, compliance, payment, and support requests.
  • Do not transfer, sell, share, or impersonate another user’s account.

TrabajoHub may require identity, organization, professional, contact, credential, payment, or authority verification before allowing access to some features.

04

Healthcare professionals

Licensing, qualifications, professional conduct, and independent evaluation.

Professionals are responsible for the truthfulness and currency of their profiles, licenses, certifications, experience, availability, references, work authorization, insurance, background information, and uploaded documents.

  • Maintain every license, certification, registration, authorization, and qualification required for the work performed.
  • Provide services only within lawful scope of practice and professional competence.
  • Follow applicable clinical, ethical, privacy, safety, documentation, and reporting requirements.
  • Evaluate each opportunity independently before accepting it.
  • Inform the relevant organization and TrabajoHub of material changes that affect eligibility or safety.
  • Do not misrepresent hours, credentials, experience, work completed, availability, or patient information.
05

Healthcare organizations

Authority, lawful staffing needs, screening, onboarding, and workplace responsibilities.

Organizations are responsible for the legality, accuracy, safety, and completeness of their accounts, staffing requests, compensation details, work conditions, schedules, patient or client information, and communications.

  • Submit only legitimate staffing needs for authorized healthcare operations.
  • Provide accurate role, schedule, location, compensation, duties, qualifications, and work-condition information.
  • Complete all required licensing, credentialing, background, exclusion, reference, immigration, tax, insurance, employment, contractor, and onboarding checks.
  • Maintain safe working conditions and comply with wage, hour, discrimination, accommodation, labor, healthcare, and professional laws.
  • Use professional and patient information only for authorized and lawful purposes.
  • Do not evade agreed platform charges or misuse contact information obtained through TrabajoHub.
06

Patients, families, and care requests

Authorized requests, limited health information, emergencies, and care decisions.

Patients, family members, and authorized representatives may use available features to request nurses, caregivers, or healthcare professionals. Requesters must have legal authority to provide relevant information and coordinate the requested services.

  • Provide only information reasonably necessary to understand and coordinate the request.
  • Do not use general forms, support, or marketplace messaging for medical emergencies.
  • Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service for urgent or life-threatening situations.
  • Independently evaluate the organization or professional providing care.
  • Understand that TrabajoHub does not make clinical decisions or guarantee a particular outcome.
07

Administrative review and publication

Requests may be reviewed, corrected, approved, declined, or removed.

Staffing and care requests do not necessarily become visible immediately. TrabajoHub may review information to improve clarity, legitimacy, safety, quality, and marketplace integrity.

  • TrabajoHub may request corrections, documents, clarification, or additional information.
  • Approval means only that a request passed the applicable marketplace review; it is not a legal, clinical, financial, or professional endorsement.
  • TrabajoHub may decline, suspend, limit, edit for formatting, archive, or remove a request.
  • Review procedures may vary by user, role, location, risk, service, and current operational requirements.
  • No user has a guaranteed right to publication, ranking, visibility, response, or placement.
08

Staffing relationships, contracts, and payments

Separate agreements, fees, taxes, cancellations, disputes, and payment providers.

A specific opportunity may be governed by a separate staffing, employment, contractor, facility, placement, payment, or service agreement. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for its defined subject matter.

  • Users are responsible for reviewing compensation, fees, schedules, cancellation terms, and contractual obligations before proceeding.
  • TrabajoHub may charge platform, subscription, service, placement, transaction, administrative, or other disclosed fees.
  • Users authorize applicable payment providers to process charges, holds, refunds, payouts, and related transaction information.
  • Users remain responsible for taxes, payroll, reporting, insurance, benefits, reimbursements, and other obligations assigned to them by law or agreement.
  • Chargebacks, payment reversals, nonpayment, cancellation, and disputes may result in restricted access or collection activity.
09

Prohibited conduct

Fraud, circumvention, discrimination, unsafe conduct, scraping, and system misuse.

  • False, misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, abusive, threatening, exploitative, or unlawful conduct.
  • Submitting fake jobs, duplicate requests, misleading compensation, unauthorized patient information, or fabricated credentials.
  • Harassment, retaliation, unsafe clinical conduct, professional misconduct, or violation of patient rights.
  • Bypassing platform fees, payment controls, admin review, security measures, access restrictions, or agreed workflows.
  • Scraping, harvesting, reselling, copying, reverse engineering, disrupting, overloading, probing, or introducing malicious code.
  • Using information for spam, unrelated marketing, surveillance, identity theft, credential theft, or unauthorized background checks.
  • Infringing privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights.
10

Privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA

Privacy Policy, patient information, business-associate relationships, and lawful disclosure.

Use of personal and health-related information is also governed by the Privacy Policy and any applicable Business Associate Agreement, data-use agreement, authorization, or organization contract.

HIPAA applies only in defined circumstances. Where TrabajoHub acts as a business associate of a covered entity, the parties must use an appropriate written agreement defining permitted uses, disclosures, and safeguards. Not every marketplace record or health-related communication is automatically protected health information under HIPAA.

  • Users must protect confidential, patient, professional, and organization information.
  • Users may access or disclose information only as authorized and legally permitted.
  • Users should avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information in general messages or support requests.
  • Healthcare organizations remain responsible for their own HIPAA, record, notice, authorization, and individual-rights obligations.
11

Communications and electronic records

Email, SMS, push notifications, calls, platform messages, and electronic consent.

Users consent to receive transactional communications reasonably related to accounts, security, staffing requests, opportunities, support, contracts, payments, and service administration through email, text message, telephone, push notification, or platform messaging.

Marketing communications may be subject to separate consent and opt-out rights. Users are responsible for keeping contact information current. Carrier, data, and messaging charges may apply.

12

Intellectual property and user content

Platform ownership, limited license, uploaded content, and feedback.

TrabajoHub and its licensors own the platform, software, design, branding, documentation, databases, and related intellectual property, excluding user content and third-party materials.

  • TrabajoHub grants a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the service for authorized purposes.
  • Users retain ownership of their content but grant TrabajoHub the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, review, display, transmit, secure, and administer it.
  • Users represent that they have the rights and authority needed to submit their content.
  • Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, subject to applicable confidentiality and privacy obligations.
13

Third-party services

External payment, verification, hosting, communication, and linked services.

TrabajoHub may rely on third-party providers for payments, communications, identity verification, screening, hosting, analytics, maps, storage, and other functions. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply.

TrabajoHub is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control and does not guarantee their continuous availability.

14

Service availability and changes

Maintenance, updates, feature changes, errors, and discontinuation.

The service may be modified, updated, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued. TrabajoHub does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or universally available access.

Features, eligibility, workflows, supported roles, locations, fees, and review requirements may change as the service develops.

15

Disclaimers

No guarantees concerning users, jobs, staffing, care, income, or outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” TrabajoHub disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or use.

  • No guarantee of employment, shifts, contracts, earnings, staffing coverage, response time, professional availability, patient outcome, or business result.
  • No guarantee that user-submitted information is complete, current, lawful, or accurate.
  • Administrative review is not a substitute for independent professional, legal, clinical, financial, credentialing, or safety review.
  • Users assume the risks of interacting, contracting, and working with other users except where law provides otherwise.
16

Limitation of liability

Limits on damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrabajoHub and its affiliates, officers, owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, reputational harm, or business interruption arising from the service.

Any aggregate liability that cannot lawfully be excluded will be limited to the greater of the amount the claimant paid directly to TrabajoHub for the relevant service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars, unless a separate written agreement or applicable law requires a different amount.

17

Indemnification

Responsibility for claims caused by user conduct, content, contracts, or violations.

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrabajoHub and its affiliates, officers, owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

  • The user’s content, conduct, services, staffing relationship, or care activities.
  • Violation of these Terms, law, professional duty, contract, or third-party rights.
  • Employment, contractor, wage, tax, benefit, licensing, credentialing, privacy, patient, or workplace claims attributable to the user.
  • Fraud, misrepresentation, negligence, misconduct, or unauthorized disclosure by the user.
18

Suspension and termination

Account restriction, removal, investigation, and surviving obligations.

TrabajoHub may restrict, suspend, investigate, or terminate access with or without prior notice when reasonably necessary to address risk, nonpayment, suspected misconduct, legal obligations, security, marketplace integrity, or violations of these Terms.

Users may stop using the service, subject to outstanding contractual, payment, recordkeeping, confidentiality, and legal obligations. Provisions that logically should survive termination will remain effective.

19

Disputes, governing law, and venue

Informal resolution, Florida law, courts, and rights that cannot be waived.

Before filing a formal claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written notice and reasonable informal discussion, unless urgent injunctive or legal relief is necessary.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, exclusive venue for disputes will lie in the state or federal courts located in the Florida county where TrabajoHub’s principal U.S. office is located.

20

General terms and contact

Changes, severability, assignment, waiver, notices, and support.

  • TrabajoHub may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date.
  • If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary.
  • Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
  • Users may not assign rights or obligations without TrabajoHub’s written consent; TrabajoHub may assign these Terms in connection with its business.
  • Headings are for convenience and do not limit interpretation.
  • These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable separate agreements form the governing agreement for their respective subject matter.
